To encourage and celebrate environmentally sustainable short term rentals where Green Hosts can offer sustainable amenities.	A user built a database of sustainable STR listings where Green Guests can search for sustainable amenities and follow links to existing platforms.

	Solar Energy Solar panels on the STRs make travels less of an impact. Here is a tool to help find solar listings.
	Wind Energy Modern wind turbines are used to capture kinetic energy from the wind and generate electricity.
	Hydro Power This might be a micro hydro generator or it could be energy supplied by a regional sustainable energy provider. Make sure to show proof of this to your guests.
	Electric Vehicle Charging On the road to a sustainable world EVs along with their humans, will need clean place to recharge.
	Offgrid Offgrid sounds great but be sure to clarify the power sources and the low impact features.
	Zero Waste Products & Practices Zero Waste is a set of principles focused on waste prevention that encourages the redesign of resource life cycles so that all products are reused. The goal is for no trash to be sent to landfills, incinerators, or the ocean.
	Recycling Recycling is important to and it’s also important to be able to recycle when you travel.
	Sustainable Construction Materials this means buildings that are designed to be both highly functional and highly efficient, all while minimizing the impact on the environment.
